Sweet road ride tonight. Sunny, little breeze going and 71 degrees!! Woooo hooo! Only downfall was that my legs are so paper white there was a glare coming off them. HA!
Got 30 miles in at easy pace in 1:45. Last ride till Saturday's race.
Heart rate monitor was a real bitch tonight. 1st the chest strap would loosen every time I exhaled. 2nd. the watch is loose, from stretching and from the fact I have wrist like a 12 year old girl now, slid down and my glove turned the stopwatch mode off. Crap.

Howdy Racer Boy. Hope the training weekend went well. Do tell... Not much from Florida. We celebrated a certain JB's birth on Friday, went to a Kentucky Derby Party Saturday & will be doing the routine Mother's Day Celebratory dealeo today. Give Jos our Mama's Day Props! I'll give you a holler this week. 11 day 'til SITH...
