The Preston School of Industry: Doping For Gold

Short ride on the El Santo at Boyce Park last night. Cut short by some Thunder Boomers moving through the area. Only got about 1:15/10.5 miles in before I had to abort. Knee felt great though. I was getting worried there for a bit. With Tom and Kevin both having knee surgery last year they were like the "knee gloom 'n doom" brothers.

Then home for some Turkey Sausage-Red Pepper-Whole Wheat Pasta Casserole with mucho Garlic. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

No ride tonight. Road on Thurs. and then some sweet miles on Sat. (road most likely).

Yancy said he might be able to pit for me at the MASS or 6 Hours of Power on the 9th/10th. Has to check with the Mrs. first though. Tom will be in F.L.A. :(

Anyone watching Chasing Lance on Discovery/Fit TV? This show rocks!! Last night was about Hincapie and "The Hell of The North". This show is so much better than OLN's feeble attempt last year with "Lance Chronicles".

I was on monster.com yesterday. Sent off a resume to General Nutrition (corp. HQ is in Pittsburgh). Also saw a job at Eat 'n Park to be the Smiley Face Cookie mascot. I was tempted, but then I saw there was a backround check. Ah, no. HA!

Getting a new Mac at work today with OSX and all new programs, P-Shop, Multi-Ad, Illustrator etc., Whhoo hooo. Just because I have to designing a bunch of shit, doesn't mean I don't want the best stuff to design said shit. Plus, what's theirs in MINE!

If you would like to see a pro rider applying chamois cream to his under carriage, check out Kerkove's blog. Yikes! Took some ballz to post that pict. Hilarious!!
Cograts to Jeff on his 2nd place finish at that race.

Any of you yanks gonna go out on limb & say Lance WONT win the Tour. Sorry guys but im in the Kraut camp again suppoting Ullrich, always lets me down but he is the man who got me interested in cycling in 97 so i always stick with him. KOKO glad you liked the video, my only regret from that event is that I didnt do more. Im writing a report for the cycle club website which I email to JMA, im sure he will forward it on as it arrives.

I heard that all Jan did this spring was eat sauasge and beer. They said he wants to enter in the Clydesdale Class. HA! L.A. might not win but I'd go with Vino (if he's there) before Jan. Just my 2ยข
