Dookie the Tub, Dookie the Floor
Man le Tour has been a tad boring past couple days. Should heat up this weekend.
Thur-Birthday Evening Ride: Or lack there of. I did my 60 min trainer spin with two quick 5 min. sets of lifting and crunches at the 20 and 40 min. marks. Nice workout. Hope to get a big mountain ride in on Saturday up in the mountains. Hope I don't see bears (like the last TWO times) or snakes (a.k.a. "chamois soilers")
I took in more calories last night than I probably had all week. 2 gi-gee-an-tic pieces of Wifey's homemade carrot cake, 5 pieces of Lucciano's Pizza (the BEST!) and double Gin & Tonic (hey it was my birthday).
Disovered a pretty good magazine called Triathlete. Has way more fitness and nutrition info than the average mountain bike magazine (which are ALL pretty lame). Wifey and I had a friendly debate What's harder Tri or 24 Solo? I'm going with Solos ('cause that's what I do damn it!) She agrees. But then agian neither of us have ever and will ever do a Triathlon. This month's issue has a small interview with Ned Overend.
No ride tonight. Gotta figure out where I'm riding tomorrow.
Have a good weekend all.
Blog title? That's what the B-man did last night. See what you got coming UKraig!

as cool as mountain biking is why are the magazines kind weak? Great and truthful observation...
