Elvis Says: Take It Easy Baby
MTB ride last night. Did a quick 12.6 mile loop of twisty, tight single track on the Titus (great bike) at XC race pace. Felt good. Got in done in about 1:15. Would have liked to have ridden longer but I picked up an A/C yesterday and wanted to install. Now I can watch le Tour in air conditioned comfort.
Today is me and Wifey's 8 year anniversary. WOW! Happy anniversary baby. You're the one with endurance, putting up with me for 8 years. Thanks.
No ride tonight. Chill and watch the first big-ass mountain stage of the Tour.

I'd love to change places with you for an hour. I grew up in the Burg, biked for transportation, loving every minute of it. Next time you're out there, take a big breath of that warm, sweet, wet air for me. Thanks
