No Race Saturday Sufferfest

So I didn't race this weekend. But there would be pain. Went out around my dad's to road ride and put in 70 miles/4 hours of riding. Went through 1 bottle of Heed, 1 bottle of Perpetuem, 2 Flasks of Hammer Gel and a PolarPak full of water. I was gonna aim for 100 miles but at 70 I was out of everything but some stank water. So I packed it in and consider it a good day in the saddle. Averaged just over 17 mph for the ride. Taking Sunday off to watch le Tour and go out my dad's with the B-Man. Might go buy an air conditioner too. Joy. Wonder how Jeff did in his 12 Hour race.

I've decided to enter the Wilderness 101 out near State College on July 30th. Sologoat will be there plus a ton of other big names. Looks like a tough course, but I'm up for it. Goal will be top half of racers.
