This is how I feel...
Today's ride was one of those that you just have a bad feeling about before the start and most likely puts some bad mojo on it. Soon as the ride started I stared getting some pain in my left knee cap. I peddled on but it still hurt. Pain would come and go but worse than that my bod just felt drained. I figured after yesterday's "climb fest" on the Titus and with B-Man still germafied I'd just abort the ride at 1 hour rather than risk injury or wearing the bod down. I need to figure out this knee pain thing. Anyone have any ideas? It's right on the knee cap. Input appreciated. Time to Google.
Time to go watch 3 weeks of the Vuelta Espana condensed into 2 hours on OLN. Better than nothing I suppose.
Sighted: Woman in Scottdale today wearing Kordell Stewart jersey. Nice. At least it wasn't a "Big Ben" T shirt.

someone gave my four year old a Big Ben shirt
I best grab it and use it to clean my chain...
the graphic was cheesy
looked like it could have been a NASCAR shirt
my father inlaw sent a package that arrived this weekend
my two boys are now wearing Steelers jerseys
they have never seen football on television
as I am more a VH1/Biography/Pimp my Ride sort of viewer
but
I thought that the jerseys were fun
and far more appealing than the Big Ben shirt previously mentioned
my family through marriage bleeds black and gold...
not so serious to wear a mullet
but the game is most definitely on as it airs
no matter how nice it is outside
oh
it just occurred to me who Stewart is...
also a Steeler
their are names on the back of the jerseys that my sons have
one is a QB and the other is a Reciever
I know by the number scheme
but
did not recognize the names
Well I'm glad there's no mullets! HA!
Stewart was a QB here a few years ago.
(wasn't like much to say the leas).
Classic, bleeding black and gold through marriage. Think that happen to my buddies wife. HA.
