Movement. Sweat. Thank God!
Despite my swollen side and healing saddle sores I finally got back in the saddle today for 30 minutes on the trainer followed by a 20 minute neighborhood ride on the Titus HCR and it felt SOOOOO good to ride again. It always amazes me how last Sunday I could have cared less to ever ride again, but then you feel it creeping back each day and today it was so nice to have my scabby cheeks back in the saddle. Even if it was sort of a lame workout. Today also marks the end of glutton Fest 2005 (where I eat all the foods I don't normally eat, such as Chicken Wings) I'll now start to refocus and try to get myself going for Iron Cross in October.
Watched Napoleon Dynamite today. Wanted to see for some time. Little underwhelmed. Felt so bad for those guys I felt bad laughing at them. Dug some of his T-Shirts though. Good soundtrack too. Guess it reminded me of high school when
I was the 290 lb. nerd.
Dinner out at John Harvard's Brew House tonight. What a great place. Alway nice when before we even sat down the manager had two samples of their new Barley Wine for use. Thanks!
Might spin on the road tomorrow. Hope all are having a great weekend.

Happy Sunday. The cycling novice, me, did a nice 30 mile spin today. OK, so I'm hooked. Just thought I'd let you know what I saw...beat this groundhog boy...a FLORIDA PANTHER. No, she wasn't on ice skates either. Good grief. If that wasn't enough to pick up the pace I'm not sure what will be.

ND, there is a theory in these parts, which I subscribe to that the movie itself kinda sucks, but the one liners, and talking about them are outstanding. A entire movie cult movement based on talking about a movie. damn, now go fix yourself a damn quesidilla.
