Pee in Elmo!

Strapped on the chamois and put in 1.5 on the trainer tonight while watching the '04 olympic women's mountain bike race followed by the '04 Montezuma's Revenge from OLN. Did mostly higher candence spinning broken up with a few 5 minute standing intervals to let my cheecks breathe. Didn't want to tax the muscles too much since I still have 2 hard session of weights left this week.

Note to self: Do NOT eat a breakfast, lunch and snack that leaves leaves me a total of close to 20+ grams of fiber. Yikes! I almost "soiled the chamois"!

In other news: Breenan peed in Elmo today (he has an Elmo potty). It was his Idea. Dude is only like 22 months old. Rock on!!! Hope he keeps it up. That would be sweet. I won't be throwing away the diapers anytime soon I'm sure. Hell, anymore days like today I might have to wear them under the chamois. HA!
