SNOW.... UG!
3 -6" of snow expected here overnight. Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeit. Hate snow. Oh well, better now than in April.
Put in 1:30 on the trainer tonight. Rocked iPodious and watched the 2004 tour's stage 16 time trial up l'Alpe d'Huez. One of my favorite stages ever.

Speaking of Lance. Great interview with Lance at VeloNews.com.
My cold is officialy gone. Still diggin out some sludge-booger stuff from my nose but it's almost gone. Stuff is like wall paper paste.
Back to the gym to finish up week 2 of the Base 1/MS phase. Time's flying. I'm getting HUGE. Might give up cycling to be power lifter. Ok that's not funny at all. I can't wait till I can get back to the lighter weights and get time to do more cardio.
Later.

Don't know much about the stage, but he's got a beautiful set of legs.
Don't worry about being huge now. The next 2 phases will use lower weight with high reps. You'll get lean and mean if you eat right and follow the weight routine.
Not sure who the Cateye Enduro bike sponsor will be in 2006. From the clues my team manager has given me via e-mail I think he is working on Titus.
Who knows.
Jill, nice blog! I get cranky when it snows 2" and you''re getting it done up in Alaska. Yikes! Even I have to admit those legs are freaking Un-REAL!!!
Jeff,
I think I have "roid rage" ha! Just looking forward to time on the bike rather than the weight machines.
Good luck with the Sponsorship. Talk soon. JM
