The End of A LLLLLLLLLLLong Week

This week could not end soon enough. B-Man was a bear due to illness and that throws the whole routine out-a-wack. All's good now.

Should have the Dos Niner (parts and frame at least) next week. Cool.

Taking the El Santo on real dirt tomorrow. Yessssssss. Probably Bavington. That place drys great. Hope to get 2 to 4 in.

Here's a somewhat random thought that I almost put over on the MTBR.com forums, but thought better of it so as not to ruffle feathers.

There's a bit of a controversy right now in the endurance community about the proximity in dates to the Granny Gear Moab 24 and the 24 Hour "Worlds" in Conyers in October. Where will the big guns go etc... My thought are these... Granny Gear will probably pay out more, if it's anything like last year, so if you think you got game go there and get some dough in the piggy. If you want to be known as the guy who brought down Chris Eatough or came damn close, go to Conyers. I of course will be doing neither, but would RATHER do a Granny Gear before Adrenaline, BUT I'm closer to Georgia than Utah so I'd still do "Worlds"

Another note, and correct me if I'm wrong. They call it the Solo World Championship. It's NOT UCI sanctioned, and it's only ever taken place North America. It should be called the North American Solo Championship or something and if I was the UCI I'd take legal action for using the name as part of it.
It's just like Adrenaline said they're the World Championship, so it's FACT. Balls I say.

Not that I wouldn't LLLLLLLLLLLOVE someone calling me the Solo World Champion.

Later.

Ive noticed that a lot of events over there are titled with the World tag,World series in baseball for example. I know the best baseball players & teams are in the USA but as a UK citizen an event should surely only be titled the World Champions if the WORLD has taken part. The WORLD CUP in soccer/football includes every nation on the globe so its in my opinion a totally justified title.Any thoughts!!!!!

if only grannie gear and Adrenaline could have combined resources vs fighting over the rights of 24hr racing, we'd have a really awesome scene...
