Giving Me Fits
So I've been obsessing over size and fit of the Dos Niner.
After doing the figures a million times, bothering Big Al at Bikeman.com like 400 times with babling emails, I have the overall cockpit difference between My 20" El Santo with a 130mm stem and the 20" Dos Niner with a 120mm stem being 4.3mm (for you Euro and Canadian types) and 0.16942" for we here in the "fity-states" . I think I can live with that. Standover will be basically the same on both.
Gym tonight. Down to like 1 or 2 days a week there now. Fine by me.
Later.

You'll be fine,
What's 0.16942" between friends?
Can't wait till you have the thing built up and ride it. You'll be going down some hills and over stuff faster than ever.
damn, you're already further along than I am. I haven't a clue what length stem I'll need. I had planned on doing it the old fashioned way and trying some stems out but I guess if I measure the fuel cockpit I should be able to figure it out ahead of time...
I just know that I dig the El Santo length and set up. Got pretty close I think. Speaking of the Santo. Got it today. Pict up later. Later.
