Mash Up Wednesday
Crazy day. Had a 2 hour trainer ride planned, but the B-Man is still fighting off the flu or something and was NOT up for a visit to Papa-O's while Wifey was out teaching so I spent the evening watching Jimmy Neutron's and playing with the off/on again sick B-Man.
Once Wifey got home around 8ish I got on the trainer for an hour of casual spinning. At least I got something in. Peanuts were a bad choice to snack on an hour before. In as peanuts, on the top tube as peanut butter. My bod just can't digest that kinda fat that quickly.
Got my box of goodies from Twin-Six today. Hope to get some pict up tomorrow of the T-Shirts they sent. I'm exchanging my size Large Argyle jersey for the XL. Keep in mind when ordering that the T6 jersey's are cut between Euro and U.S. sizes. I misjudged the size of my guns (kidding of course) and length of my torso. If you like a little more room in your jerseys error on the size of one size up. I'm notorious for returning jerseys. Half my jerseys are Larges the other XLs. I need to either lose more weight, or gain more.
Soiled Chamois reader Graham asked the other day where I find some of the "mash-ups" I listen to on iPodious. Just in case you don't know, mash-ups are remixes of sorts where two songs usually from different artists are blended together to create a "new" song of sorts. As an aging hipster doofus I'm happy to tell: One of the best sites is Team9.net. And this is one is one of my new faves. Explore the net there's bunch of stuff out there. Enjoy!!
Later. Gotta get some sleep.

Cool blog! I haven't done a big endurance event like 24 Hours of Moab... but I've done a few 12 Hour races closer to home. That stuff is no joke! Really have to learn to pace yourself and eat right.
