Mmmmm Garlic Flavored Water

Kinda felt like shit all day, just dragging ass a bit. But got home chamoised up and got on the trainer for 2 hours with a healthy dose of Muscular Endurance/Lactate Threshold Intervals at around 7/8 PE (Scale of 1-10). I did 1 hour of 10 minutes "on" 1 minute off for a total of 66 minutes of intervals. The rest of the time was 30 minute warm up and the rest was cool down spinning. Felt pretty good.

So I have two bottles for tonight's ride. 1 big bottle of sports drink and 1 bottle of plain water. Apparently when the bottle containing my plain water was last washed it was after a meal made with mucho garlic. The water tasted like garlic. I almost puked! J.H.C.!!! We need a dishwasher stat!!!
