One Word: Meadow Soprano

Not much going on today. Rest day. Weather has turned to the top side of the witches teet. Yikes! 75* yesterday 35* today. Looks like back on the bike for more trainer time Wednesday. Had been going to the gym on Wednesday's but with the first race 5 weeks away I'm gonna focus on "on the bike" fitness.

Getting pretty anxious for the Dos Niner's arrival. I love the El Santo but the Dos Niner is exciting because it's a whole new bike and style of bike. I think it's gonna fit my style of riding just fine.

Looks like all my bike purchases have inspired UKraig to do the same. Exit one carbon Trek. Enter one Colnago. Sweet stuff! Or I guess I should say that's the Dog's Bollocks!"

Why are rest day's so hard?? I continue to think I should be doing SOMEthing. Tonight it was push ups while making dinner. Before I knew it I had 4 sets in and some tasty J-Man-Mexicana.
