The Real Friday Post

OK First things first. Got an hour in of steady spinning on the trainer tonight. Nothing too rough, just chillin' and getting a sweat on. Followed the work out with some Turkey/Spinach Meatballs and Whole Wheat Pasta with diced tomatoes, red sauce and low(er) fat mozzeralla cheese. Washed down with a Penn Dark. To quote the hot, round in the back, mildl annoying Rachael Ray "Yum-0".

Think I got my Soiled Chamois Mixes set now. I was a mix tape junkie, but with the advent of the iPod and me getting one a few years ago, I got lazy with my play lists. Using Roxio Toast, Jam, and now Apple iTunes and Podcasting I became reborn in my mixes and like to share. Most are done to spin to. Startin slow, finding tempo and then chilling. I had some trouble getting things set up, but I think I'm good to go now. My apologies to anyone who may try to access stuff from older posts. It's gone. New links will be up very soon on the right. Now read this...

Now for the not official at all but gonna say it anyway fine print: These sounds here for easy access for peeps who might wanna do some spinning to it or for personal enjoyment.
