The rest of Saturday....

Headed over to Tom's house to pick up the new El Santo.














Very pleased with the build up and look sweet as F. The only thing is that with switching from the RaceFace cranks and the new frame with added gussets etc., I seemed to have gained about 1.5 pounds and I even have some no-tread Panaracer Trailblasters on (that I use on dry trails). Little concerned cause it's a bit of a piggy right now.

Tom did a great job as usualy building it up. Thanks T.!

Saturday night did not turn out as planned. Wifey and B-Man were to go to St. Patrick's day party and I was bailing do to my anti-social behavior. But B-Man got a fever and we all ended up home together. B-man slept and Wifey and I enjoyed some Tröegs and some of my White Pizza Rolls...
















These bad boys are real easy to make. This is how to make one; 1 roll of Pillsbury Pizza Crust (unrolled) Rub down the dough with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dice up some fresh garlic and put on dough, Put big giant hand full of fresh spinach in the middle Hand full of artichoke hearts (or other topping of your choice) Big giant hand full of Mozerella cheese. Roll the bad boy up and bake on greased cookie sheet at 400* for about 10 min.

Now enjoy with a nice Hoppy beer.
