Salsa El Santo In Da Casa!
Came home for lunch today and was lucky enough to be here when the UPs dude brought my new Salsa El Santo.
I couldn't wait to see it and was not dissapointed. It's freaking SWEET looking!!
The color is soooo sweet. Salsa needs to do a new photo shoot for the web site. The red is so much more vibrant. The lower top tube should be sweet too. Save my boyz from taking any knocks. If the Dos Niner frame is HALF as sweet I'll be freaking geeked.

Sent Big Al my build for the Dos Niner today. I'll be wating on fork for a while The Reba 29er is back ordered at QBP as are my Delgado Rims.
Went to the gym tonight. 1 hour on the SM followed by my weights, for a total of 2 hours. All bike the rest of the week. (Yesssss).

GOOD STUFF.
I've never really understood the reason for riser bars. Why not just put a couple more headset spacers on??? I'm guessing that its mostly fashion driven.

I ride Fiz'iks exclusively on the road and love 'em if their set up right. But I think the ultimate "no numbing" MTB saddle is the Specialized

JUST PURCHASED A FIZIK ARIONE ROAD SADDLE & IT IS THE DOGS BOLLOCKS. IN CASE THAT HAS GOT LOST IN TRANSLATION IT MEANS THE BEST,NOT SURE HOW MUCH ENGLISH SLANG HAS DRIFTED ACROSS THE POND. IM NOT AN MTB MAN BUT THAT FRAME LOOKS PEACHY,ENJOY THE 1ST RIDE.

you've got me. i've changed my build to include an airone saddle instead of my tried and true flite tt. looks comfy and my ass could use a change.
Rick you wont regret switching to the Arione.Really great when climbing,allows you to sit right back. One bit of advice, set with the nose ever so slightly up rather than flat. Everyone I know does this & I found it to be the most comfortable.
Cant explain the DOGS BOLLOCKS but if you visit the U.K & say it no one will look at you puzzled.
