Back On The Bike...

Did a two hour road ride tonight. Felt REAL good and probably pushed too hard for a recovery week. My cycle computer started going on the fritz and was driving me crazy. Nothing like looking down and seeing you're going 21 mph, then 4 mph, then 21 again, all in the span of about 10 seconds. It was probably for the best 'cause I found myself trying to beat my personal avg. speed record, but then when the comp. failed I backed off and spun the legs like I was supposed to be doing. Enter one shit-disturbing cycling god. My legs say thanks.

Might just hit the flats tomorrow and do a series of intervals or spin on the trainer. Need to mix things up.

Ever pass some baking road kill, hold your breath 'till you pass and then thinking it's ok take a big gulp of air and get a throat full of stank, dead ground hog? Yeah, me neither.
