The Bastard-ito List
I see that The Salsa guys paid Guitar Ted a visit this weekend and he got a chance to ride the new Salsa Mamasita. G.T. has now made my "Bastard-ito!" list. The "Bastard-ito" list is my list of folks that have had their cheeks on the yet to be released Mamasita before me. It's a short list so far that includes: Brent from Twin-Six and Guitar Ted. I KNOW there are more of you out there, I'LL FIND YOU!!! I promise! And when I do I'm gonna... politely ask you "Was it f*cking great or what???"
What did "Ted" think?,,,
"My impression is that Salsa nailed it when they went out to make this bike an all out 29″er XC racer machine. It’s lightweight feel, precise handling traits, and calm manner at speed will delight any fast single track lover or XC racer, in my opinion. All of this and it’s pinstriped good looks to boot!"

The Mamasita continues her tight grip on 1st place in the 3 frame race of what hard tail I'll be soiling my chamois on this year.
Other than reading up on that tid bit, not much going down. No work outs today. Just family stuff and what not. Back to work tomorrow and more trainer and wheight time before Friday's "snip job" (gulp)

Hey Jason, how's it going? Blogs looking really good, makes for a good read. Oh yeah, I rode the Mamasita this past weekend and LOVED it. So smooth, so agile, so supple, and so light. What a great bike. You should get one. :)

Very anxiou for the frame. Far as I know Salsa will continue helping the team out, so I should be good to go.. in MARCH!! UG! But should be worth it.
