At The Boca, The Boca Burger....

Odd day today. Didn't go into work 'till the afternoon today. B-Man was rocking a slight cough, and we had a feeling that if we sent him to day care they'd be sending him home and we'd have to go through all that fun parent/work stuff- Soooo we split our time staying home with me in the a.m. and Wifey in the p.m.. Luckily B-Man seems fine and was even doing a wacky Christmas dance tonight.

Also an odd rest day for me. I seem to work out almost everyday during the winter (since the intensity and length is nowhere near what I go through come spring and summer) so when I'm not doing something it feels a bit odd AND like I'm slacking. Usually I just feel like that at work. (FYI today I started my 15th year of slinging art at the SAME job. It been just fannnnnntastic. I'll take the 4 weeks paid vacation no prob though.

Tonight I made up some Meatless Mexican Rice & Beans, but tonight I went back to an old favorite....

Boca Meatless Ground Burger. Check the web site for the stats. They rock and it allowed me to cheat tonight with two Sierra Nevada Celebration Ales. Yum-O.

Might try to ride the frozen tundra of Boyce or the Rail Trail tomorrow. High is gonna be 38* but probably won't see that 'till mid afternoon, long after I'm home. If I can't "man up" to ride, I'm gonna do a deuce on the trainer. My goal- ride long enough to enjoy FOUR guilt free Sierra Nevada's. HA!
