A Day Off Filled With Fresh Lemon Zest
Whole lotta nothing today. Work was spent alternating between lusting after various bikes on the Internet and working on our '07 rate book. The bike lusting was more fun, I can tell you that much. So many fine rides out there. Every time I think I know the new frame I want for '07 another one peaks my interest. I do know that I'm 95% kinda, sorta, certain that it will most likely be another 29er.
No workout scheduled for tonight. Hung out with the B-Man, finished up putting a new trainer mix up and cooked up some B.T.C. (Beyond Tuna Casserole- Whole wheat pasta, fresh spinach, low fat cheese, and tuna).
Tonight I kicked it up a notch (BAM!) by adding some Lemon Pepper to it. Yum-Oh I say. I've been putting Lemon pepper on EVERYTHING! Hell I'd put it on a hot dog if ate 'em!
At it's best on chicken, but was great with the Albacore Tuna tonight. You can't get this kind of sub par entertainment on other bike blogs. If you came here looking for bike racing, I'm sure you're thinking you came to the wrong place. My apologies. Only 4 months 'till the season starts!Back on the trainer tomorrow. I'm sure you'll be tuning in for THAT ride recap. Did I mention there's only 4 months 'till the season starts?
Later.

I saw that lemon pepper at the store the other day and almost got it. I'm addicted to their California style garlic pepper. Garlic and black and red pepper... mmm.
I have been lurking around your blog for a while. Always entertaining. Good luck with your training and hope to see you at the races next year (Mohican 100, Wilderness 101, Shenandoah 100, etc.)
Later, Brett
Garlic pepper rocks too. Also great on chicken. Yum! How's your new digz Travis?

New digs are great. Got plenty of room to spread out, I'm about 2 miles from the the base of a 6 mile, 2,000 foot climb up Mount Elden (look for "It's Cold Outside" on my blog for a pic of my view of it...) and a mile and a half from 11 miles of sweet, super fast singletrack that happens to hook into a little trail you might have heard of - the AZ Trail... :-)
Travis- I may hate you. Sounds great!
