B-Man's 3rd!

Happy 3rd Birthday to my B-Man!

Here's the cake that Wifey baked and we tag-teamed decorating. Dude likes race cars and the "Cars" movie, ssssssso we made hime race track cake. We'll add some more funk to it tomorrow for his party, but this is it as of today.

Pretty low key Saturday. As you may have noticed from the last week's posts, it was emotionally up and down week. That is what Wifey calls "Winter Jason". I got me some SERIOUS cabin fever and need to get out on some dirty PFQ. And not SNOW covered, hard nippled, frozen face, can't feel my feet dirt. REAL dirt. Ahhhhhh spring, you better bring it, quick!

I did hit the trainer for two hours since it was 11 degrees out when I planned to ride. I had good work out and oddly two hours FLEW by. I had my newest mix flowing via iPodious, some good mojo in my legs.

Well time to go hang with B-Man, watch Muppets Take Manhattan, and have a couple Troegs.
