Boil Me Up Some Pickled Bulls Appendage

Wow, sweet night for a ride. Crisp spring temps, blue sky (again?) and sun. I REALLY wanted to get some time in the dirt with the Dos Niner, but thoughts of uber mud made me opt for the road. Looks to be dry here the next couple days, so I'm aiming for a Saturday in the woods.

Speaking of road riding Brad over a Dirt Rag had some good thought on it recently. Check it out.

Road Rule 7 Section 1- If you find yourself in the parking lot leaving for a ride saying "Arm warmers? (spit) I don't need no stinking arm warmers!" You WILL find yourself wishing for your arm warmers at about minute 100. TAKE THE ARM WARMERS.

Got my full Post Work Ride in, so a nice 2 hours/32 miles in the saddle. Sweet! I also got my 2nd "Hey, it's Lance Armstrong" of the year from some 10 year old kid. ONLY to be outdone by his buddy who counters with "Lance Asshole" Nice. Real nice.

If you enlarge the above pict you can see a group of wild turkey out in that field. They were crossing the road as I came up the hill. If you could see the road near my feet you would see an empty 12 pack of Miller beer. The Yin/Yang of WPA rural riding.

Heard from the Goat today. The Tifosi specs are on their way from Tifosi HQ, so looks like I won't be sporting the Q3s till next week. Crap. Oh well. Would have been nice to have them tonight, as I yet again got road grit in my eye!

Yeah, I just get done with pedaling my ass off and someone shoves a pot of what looks to be pickled bull's dicks in my face. I want to puke just looking at this.
