Color Me Plaid

No work out tonight. Just some dinner makin' and B-Man time for a while. Through down a Chicken/Broccoli/Brown Rice stir fry/colon cleanse.

Got my new Walz lid in the mail today. It's sweet! The bill is NOT good for flipping and staying put, BUT the bill seems shorter than many caps and it the cap it's self is constructed in a way that the bill does not interfere with my line of sight too bad. That and it just looks freaking sweet! I will say if you have a XL cranium you may want to order the larger size. I went with the reg/small head size and it fits great but if my skull swells I'll be f*cked. Of course if my skull is swollen I think the cap will be the least of my concerns.

I wanted to snap a pict of the cap on my noggin but it appears my digital camera shit the bed. DRAT! We were do for a new camera anyway. This one was about 5+ years old and pretty much sucked by today's standards.

Anyway time for some house stuff. Back to the trainer and weight tomorrow. Even with the flurries in the air, it looks like the weekend might be shaping up to allow for some saddle time.

Zen?

Later.

i second the sentiments on the Walz Cap. i'm loving my corduroy lid. it's thin enough not to bulk up under a helmet, yet the corduroy makes it a nice, warmer version for the fall.
