Low Slow And In Carbo (Serious Moves)
Rest day today. Just hangin' out doin' a bunch of nothing. I mean that too. I did nothing. OK I DID cook up some Whole What Pasta/Albacore/Green Pea & EVOO stir fry. It was tits! I have been watching how much pasta I eat, so I've been "off" pasta Monday thru Thursday. Not because of "carbs" like some folks, but because with every 3/4 cup of pasta comes 210 calories. And I have NO freaking self control with pasta. That shits adds up QUICK! BUT, I was damn low on calories today and had some nice wiggle rooms so I was able to stuff 3 cups of guilt free whole wheat pasta down my throat. BONUS: because it was whole wheat with 20 grams of fiber (33g in whole meal), I can go ahead an pencil some "thrown time" in for 7 a.m.
That's about it. BORING day. Make dinner, watch Family Guy till B-Man comes in the room, blog, and get readay for bed. Lame.
I did spend some time watching B-Man bust some "serious moves" - his words for his new found "Ninja moves" that has him spinning and jumping around. Wifey and I are hoping the ninja phase ends soon or by the time he goes to school he'll be hanging with the kids (like me) that "get" this T Shirt design-
