A Monday Struggle

Damn today was a tough one. If for no other reason than I slept like a tub of cow feecus last night. Hours of tossing and turning. Not good.

Somehow I made it through day 1 of a short, but notoriously boring work week. Got home and got my spin/weights done ASAP. Felt pretty good too, for hardly sleeping. Maybe it was the 9,000,000, mg of caffeine I sucked down today.

I have my light charging now so as to get some base miles in tomorrow night. Nothing too exciting, but it should beat the trainer for base miles. Hope I am as motivated to do it tomorrow as I am now.

I did score a new digital camera today. Soon as this stellar blog entry is finished I'm gonna get it all hooked up. Went with a simple Kodak EasyShare. Has all I need.

Too much! I tried tracking down the original Dave Z. article that this shirt is based on. All I could find was THIS link that at least puts the shirt in perspective for folks who might not know what the F it means.
