Night Of Chill & Getting Lit In '08

Even though I was pretty caught up in my Campeon love fest (rightfully so!) yesterday I still got a good hour on the trainer in last night. I only plan to just do some shortish Zone 1 & 2 spinning and not weights this week and MAYBE hit the frozen rail trail Saturday to get some outside time in. Looks to be witch tit cold, so it's an all caps MAYBE. Tonight is a "night of chill" and house stuff.

Ordered up some Hammer Soy Protein the other day. Shipped today, so hopefully by the end of the week Wifey and I will be throwing down some Soy Smoothies.
I also hooked myself (courtesy of some referral dollars) up with a big tub of Unflavored Heed. I plan to use mostly unflavored drinks this year and then if I want any flavor add small dash of Hammer Gel, Gatorade Powder, Nuun, CamelBack Elixir or other quality sports drink. That's another great thing about Universal Carbo Plus- it's unflavored so I can add in any of those same things get a ton of calories/complex carbs and not chuck it up as much as I do Perpetuem (also available unflavored now).

Talked with my peep at Princeton Tec today and got the low down on light situation for my '08 season. I'm very geeked and happy to have a chance to run their lights. I may have some stuff to try out in Feb. and should have my system down and good to go in time for the Leesburg Bakers Dozen on April 19th. JOY!!

Time to pay some bills. DRAT!!
