Yeah, It's my B. Day. A birthday when you're turning 37 is about as fun as changing your socks. Oh well. A birthday is better than Christmas I suppose.

Man, what a stage at the Tour today. One of the best I've seen in a while. Lots of riders who I dig in the front end and making moves. It was great to see Jens rocking hard today and my man Frank Shhhlllleck pushing hard and climbing like a man possessed by some Luxembourgian demon! It made for some great TV even knowing who won.

I would have loved to see him get the jersey today. Of course it would have
been friggin' BOSS to see Vande Velde in Yellow too.

Have to hit Master Tom's crib tomorrow to see if he can get the stripped rotor bolt out for me. DAMN! What a pain in the ass. Oh, well I'm sure he'll get it going and I'll be hitting some single track tomorrow night on the Dos Niner.

Had a great night behind the grill tonight (The Incinerator®). I did up some Grilled Zucchini. Very happy with the way it turned out. It was my first attempt at ever grilling it and it was freaking good. Little bit of E.V.O.O., some garlic, salt/pepper and lemon pepper. Mmmmmm. I wish I would have made more. There's alway tomorrow I guess.
