Sorta Back....

OK, so today was NOT my typical day in the saddle, but it sill was a damn fine day. First I have to start off the post with this!-

Way to split the defense B-Man!! Woot ! Woot!

After soccer I was unsure what to do. I didn't want to push too much, but I HADDDDDD to get in the saddle! So I opted for some tempo on the local rail trail and exploring some ghetto double track off of said rail trail.
A little bit of rail trail, a little bit of double track, a little bit of service roads and a lot of "who give a f*ck" time in the saddle. I got 2:20 or so of random riding in and got my legs all randy for a trip to the mountain tomorrow. Should be cool.

Before I did any riding today I needed to do THIS!...

Skank free bladders are step one in avoiding a "open up and rain" trip to the bathroom. I have come to the conclusion that the CamelBak tabs are nothing more than concentrated bleach. Who knows? And if it keeps me from making with the "fecal rain" who cares?

After soccer, 2+ hours of riding and some lawn mowing it was time to relax on the front porch with my two favorite peeps...
I've had better days in the saddle, but when you see your boy score the first goal of his life, ride for over two hours and get to spend some time chillin' on the porch with your peeps with some good beer, I really couldn't hope for a better day. Cheers to a good weekend with the promises of getting better with some time in the mountains on Sunday.
