If I Don't She'll Have Me Committed

Wow! The concerned response from my fan base (that would be Wifey) about not posting yesterday was unexpected. I barely had the sleep out of my eyes this morning before I was being questioned via .gov e mail about why I didn't do a blog post. I had to be honest. Yesterday I was not thinking about anything other than that thing that I'm not gonna talk about on the blog anymore and I had NO real bike related topic to talk about. I mean I GUESS I could have talked about how my Mamasita has been in our living room for a week now, just propped up by the fireplace and chillin' but that's not too interesting.

Today I took a shot in the dark and started checking some race dates for next season. Two of the N.U.E dates are up (that I saw). It looks like the Cohutta 100 will be April 25th. And the Mohican 100 will be May, 30th. Glad to see some dates up. Makes my legs and taint itchy for saddle time.

In my busy hours of not riding and doing little else, I've made a fashion choice for 2009. My go to socks for 2009 will not longer be my Twin-Six Argyles or my T6 Deluxe socks.

I think I'm officially declaring the new Twin-Six Greaser socks as my "go to" race sock for 2009. Remember you heard it here first folks! Checkers are my new argyle. Could a pair of checkered Vans be far off? Hmmmmm....
I made a bold move tonight by doing up some Chamois Ballz on a WEEKNIGHT! Need to fire up some mojo, and what better than some tasty meat ballz. Off work tomorrow. Chillin', maybe a low key spin, and some bike related bidnizz to take care of.

Time to get my ballz out.
