Easy Does It

I know I need a rest when I don't ride and I don't get grumpy. It's almost like my body of slack says "thank you". I by no means put up killer states last week, but I know I rode and pushed more than I would have in the past, especially on the heels of Mohican. Not sure why. Fear? Boredom? Insatiable appetite for my bike that is only limited by the ability (and or lack there of) that I have. Whatever it is/was, it felt good just to chill today, work on the mag and get a ton of shit done around the house, including washing a couple of bikes.

I made some updates to the XXC site today. Added contributor links, some video links for GNAT's story, and updated the gallery. In the process I jacked something with the FTP and RSS feed crap, so if you have the XXC site linked and it's acting f*cked up, you may have to re link. Thanks. Not sure what the issue is. When I switched to using iWeb, something went amiss. Everything works 99.9% of the time, so I usually just roll with it. The site is just a host for the mag. One day I'll take the time to figure it out.

Hope to hit some dirt tomorrow if the storms hold off. If not, more pavement on the Campeon. OR maybe the Dos Niner and some ghetto farm roads. Hmmm, the life of a bike junky is pretty cool.
