Not Much

After a week of XC skiing, time on the trainer and 12+ hours a days in front of the computer, just to go 2" ahead and 1 foot back with every stroke of the key, it was time to SORT OF chill today with less work, Zone 2 on the trainer, and some beers tonight whilst watching Blood, Sweat and Takeaways on Planet Green. Good times....

Planet Green has become one of my fave channels, and I don't know why?? I dig the programs and shows the most, but I'm not what one would call "green" by any stretch. I mean I dig my hair care products, have no real beef with global warming, if that means riding in shorts in January (which it doesn't,'cause shit's still cold and snowy here!!), but the channel is like the "new" BBC. They show good documentaries, good shows, and as far as I can tell NO "Dancing With The Stars" type shows. I think Plantet Green and the Travel Channel are now my most watched networks on TV. Of course I still watch my fair share of the train wreck of human suck that IS The Jersey Shore from time to time.

I hope to get out tomorrow for a couple/few hours on the bike. Hope of the road side ice melted today. So as not to die tomorrow.

Later.

If you're going to watch one reality show, Jersey Shore is the one to watch. It kind of transcends the genre into the surreal.

Those people are just like bike racers. Only, instead of bike racing all summer they: go to the gym, go tanning, do laundry, then go to the bar and "creep" for girls (that hopefully aren't "zoo creatures").

Surreal is a great word for it! They are so UNlike me, I can't look away. I just can't imagine all the work they do to LOOK fit, yet NOT be. Strange.
