Another Go
It's aainst my better judgement, but there's nothing I can do about it, it's an illness. Yep, it's time to give this racing thing yet another go. 9 hours of loops. The course nor the 9 hours worries me. The same 9 mile lap course for 9 hours worries me! And before anyone suggests it, iPods are banned at this race. Not that I would use one anyway.
So I guess I will set goals each lap and play the mental games that keeps madness at bay during races. Hell during life for that matter! LOL!
Seems like a good amount of Yinzers heading down to MD for the Cranky Monkey. Couple from team, a couple T.O.P. folks, and a few other locals. Good luck to all of you. See yinz out there.

You had killer weather.
Went well Pete. Stew had to bail with a sinus/stomach issues. I got in 8 laps and came across the line just as they were announcing the cut off for more laps. Poor timing. Or great timing?? Enjoyed the course.
Good to hear! (except Stew part).
