It's All In The Hips
Me thinks that 10 miles or so was a bit much for the first ski on Saturday. How do I know? Because my legs, especially my hips still feel like a naked midget/dwarf beat me to an inch of my life with a frozen pimento loaf. I manged to do my hour StairMaster workout + weights today pretty pain free, but things like walking or squatting hurts. CURSE YOU VILE 10 MILE SNOWY FROLIC! CURSE YOU!

Not sure what is one tap tomorrow. Gym? Snow ride? Trainer? Need to do something, because from about Thursday until early next week I will be without the gym, the bike (most likely) and trapped in the frozen depression and angst that is the holidays away from Soiled Chamois HQ.
