Yeah, I'm Pretty Sure It's Wrong

My plan to hit singletrack today was sidelined by rain. We've been getting a nice bit of it lately. I want to complain, but I can't 'cause our summer here in MP was un-friggin'-believably good. Anyway... yeah, I could have gone out and rode in rain, but I didn't. I stuck around the house, got an hour workout in and a ton more XXC work done. Real fun stuff like putting together a media kit for perspective 2012 advertisers... yeah, real fun.

During my workout I watched the 2011 women's world championship. What a great race! While my girl

Maja Włoszczowska didn't win, she did an amazing race. She flatted, fell a few places back, then raced her ass off to get back and take a silver medal. Watching her run with the bike and ride the rim to the pit was awesome, but then seeing her haul ass up the climbs, taking the drops at full speed to get back into 2nd was just awesome. But then again, I'm sort of biased. I still don't know why....

Watching the race was actually better than watching this video...
